LWPAC celebrates the successful completion of the Intelligent City prefabricated Passive House mass timber facade. LWPAC played a pivotal role in the design and development of this envelope panel system for Intelligent City which allowed GBL, M’akola Development and the Vancouver Native Housing Society to realize this new nine-storey building with 84 social housing units for Indigenous people.
